Delete your Réiteoir data
Réiteoir is made by Declan Lohan. This page explains how to delete your data from the Réiteoir apps for Android phones and Wear OS watches.
How to ask for your data to be deleted
- Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data.
- If you can, include the date you started using Réiteoir. You don't need an account, as Réiteoir has none.
- I'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.
Data on your phone and watch
Your matches, voice notes, team details and settings are stored on your own devices. To delete them, uninstall Réiteoir or clear its storage in your phone or watch settings. This deletes them straight away. I hold no copy.
Data used to write match reports
When you generate a match report, your voice notes, team sheet photos and match details are sent securely to draft the report and then discarded. They are not kept, so there is nothing to delete.
Usage statistics
Réiteoir records how the app is used (for example, matches started and reports generated) to improve it. On request, I delete any usage statistics linked to your device. Otherwise they are deleted automatically after 2 months. Usage statistics are collected with Google Analytics for Firebase.
Crash reports
If the app crashes, a technical crash report is sent through Firebase Crashlytics. On request, I delete crash reports linked to your device.
What is kept
Subscription and payment records are kept by Google Play and by RevenueCat, the service that manages Réiteoir subscriptions, so your paid access keeps working and for tax and accounting. On request I will ask RevenueCat to delete the records linked to your device, unless the law requires them to be kept. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account.
